Сотираме на умерен котлон за 2’ и слагаме ситно нарязаната скилидка чесън.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6678-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Добавяме морковите, картофите, доматите, сол, черен пипер, малко сух риган и вода, колкото да покрие картофите.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6678-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">*Ако готвим с тенджера под налягане е необходимо да сложим 250 ml. вода.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6678-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Със затворен капак, на умерен към слаб котлон, варим зеленчуците за около 20-25’ (под налягане за 5&#39;).</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6678-step-0-9" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">*Внимаваме да не преварим картофите.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6678-step-0-10" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Остава да изпържим останалите зеленчуци.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6678-step-0-11" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Започваме с тиквичката, която сме нарязали, както патладжаните на едри полумесеци.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6678-step-0-12" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">На умерен котлон, с достатъчно олио пържим тиквичките от двете страни, докато добият златист цвят.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6678-step-0-13" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Поставяме изпържените тиквички в една чиния с кухненска хартия, за да попие излишното олио и след това ги добавяме към картофите.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6678-step-0-14" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Изплакваме патладжаните, подсушаваме ги и ги пържим в олиото от тиквичките. Ако е необходимо добавяме още олио.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6678-step-0-15" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме изпържените патладжани върху кухненска хартия и след това в тенджерата с останалите зеленчуци.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6678-step-0-16" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Премахваме олиото, което е останало в тигана и слагаме 3-4 с.л. зехтин, в който сотираме едро нарязаните чушки. Разбъркваме за 2-3’, добавяме малко вода, поставяме един капак и оставяме чушките да се готвят за няколко минути, докато омекнат.
