<li>Ако нямате сладкарски шприц, използвайте две чаени лъжички. Разпределете  сместа за малките каридата върху тавата с хартия за печене, вземайки една пълна чаена лъжичка със смес, която избутваме в тавата с другата лъжичка. Работете по същия начин шоколадовия пълнеж.</li>
<li>Тези сладки излизат от фурната меки и след малка почивка се втвърдяват. По тази причина внимаваме да не ги изпечем повече, от колкото е необходимо.</li>
<li>За да приготвим меренга по правилен начин, първо внимаваме съда, в който ще разбием белтъците да е напълно сух. Яйцата, трябва да са от хладилника, за да отделим по-лесно белтъците от жълтъците. Също така внимаваме да не попадне част от жълтъка в съда с белтъците, защото така меренг няма да се получи.</li>
