<div class="wprm-recipe-instructions-container wprm-recipe-11172-instructions-container wprm-block-text-normal" data-recipe="11172"><h3 class="wprm-recipe-header wprm-recipe-instructions-header wprm-block-text-bold wprm-align-left wprm-header-decoration-none" style="">Instructions</h3><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">За бисквитената основа</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-0-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме продуктите за бисквитената основа  в голям и дълбок съд и месим докато  получим хомогенно тесто.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Поставяме тестото  между два листа хартия за печене и точим тънък лист с диаметър малко повече от 32 см.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Заедно с двете хартии, слагаме листа за бисквитената основа във формата за тарта (диаметър 30см.) и притискаме по стените и по дъното с длан, за да приеме тестото формата на тавичката за тарт.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме тавичката с масленото  тесто в камерата за 30’.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Изваждаме от камерата, премахваме горната хартия за печене и с остър нож без зъби, режем тестото, което излиза извън тавичката. Слагаме отново хартията и пълним бисквитената основа  с ориз или леща.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Печем на предварително загрята фурна, на вентилатор, на средната скара на фурната , на 170°C за 30’. Премахваме горната хартия, заедно с ориза и печем още около 10’ докато основата за тарта приеме златист цвят.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Изваждаме тавичката от фурната и оставяме да изстине добре.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">За крема</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-1-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В тенджера на умерен котлон, затопляме млякото, от което сме отделили на страна около 250 ml.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-1-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В блендер слагаме 250 ml. мляко, което сме отделили, брашното, нишестето, жълтъците и разбиваме добре.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-1-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Щом млякото в тенджерата се затопли, добавяме захарта и с бъркалка за яйца разбъркваме докато се разтопи.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-1-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Изсипваме в млякото сместа от блендера и продължаваме да бъркаме енергично ( за да не загори на дъното на тенджерата) за около 5’.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-1-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме двете ванилии и разбъркваме докато кремът се сгъсти.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-1-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Отместваме от котлона, прибавяме маслото и разбъркваме добре докато се разтопи и се поеме напълно от крема. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-1-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Прехвърляме  в дълбок съд и слагаме стреч фолио точно върху повърхността  на крема, за да не се образува коричка и оставяме настрана да изстине.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">За прасковите</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-2-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Отстраняваме костилките от прасковите и всяка червена следа около тях.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-2-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Режем прасковите на тънки филийки и заедно със захарта и лимона, ги слагаме в един голям тиган. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-2-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">На силен котлон  варим  за около 10’. Слагаме канелата и разбъркваме.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-2-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Добавяме изстискания лист желатин, който първо сме сложили в съд със студена вода за 5-10’ и на умерен котлон варим прасковите за около още 10’, докато се изпари течността им. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-2-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Периодично разбъркваме. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-2-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">тместваме от котлона и оставяме настрана да изстине.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">Сглобяване</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-3-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Поставяме бисквитената основата за тарта върху голяма кръгла чиния.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-3-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Пълним я с крема и разпределяме сладкото от праскови по цялата повърхност.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-3-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме сладкиша в хладилника и оставяме да се изстуди за няколко часа преди да сервираме.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
