style="display: block;">Поставяме плътно увитите сарми в тенджерата и добавяме доматен сок, сол, зехтин и вряла вода, която да покрива сармите много добре.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13610-step-2-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Поставяме една чиния върху сармите, за да ги притиска при варенето.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13610-step-2-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Ако готвим с тенджера под налягане, ще варим ястието за 10&#39; под налягане. След това отместваме тенджерата от котлона и след няколко минути  премахваме парата, за да отворим тенджерата и да спрем готвенето.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13610-step-2-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Ако готвим в обикновена тенджера, ще варим сармите на среден огън за около 1 ½ часа. Докато варят, ако е необходимо, добавяме вода (вряла).
