5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме водата, захарта и лимоновата кора в една тенджера и на умерен към силен котлон варим за 3’. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3828-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Отместваме от котлона и оставяме style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В тенджера на умерен котлон затопляме млякото, от което сме отделили на страна около 250ml.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3828-step-1-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В блендер слагаме 250ml. мляко, което сме отделили, брашното, нишестето, жълтъците и разбиваме добре.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3828-step-1-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Щом млякото в тенджерата се затопли, добавяме захарта и с бъркалка за яйца разбъркваме, докато се разтопи.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3828-step-1-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Изсипваме в млякото сместа от блендера и продължаваме да бъркаме енергично ( за да не загори на дъното на тенджерата) за около 5’.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3828-step-1-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме ванилията и разбъркваме докато крема се сгъсти.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3828-step-1-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Отместваме от котлона, прибавяме маслото и разбъркваме добре, докато се разтопи и се поеме напълно от крема. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3828-step-1-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Прехвърляме  в дълбок съд и слагаме стреч фолио точно върху повърхността  на крема, за да не се образува коричка и оставяме на страна да изстине за около час и половина.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">За фунийките (тригона):</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-3828-step-2-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Разтапяме маслото в една тенджерка на много слаб котлон, или в микровълновата за 1-1 ½ минути. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3828-step-2-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Разтваряме корите върху плота на кухнята и ги разрязваме по дължина на три ленти.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3828-step-2-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Поставяме лентите една върху друга и ги покриваме с една кърпа, за да не изсъхват докато работим.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3828-step-2-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Взимаме една от лентите, слагаме я на плота и с помощта на една четка (силиконова за предпочитание) я напръскваме с разстопеното масло. Поставяме още две (или три) ленти от корите точно върху първата, напръсквайки ги една по една с масло.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3828-step-2-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Сгъваме омаслените ленти под формата на триъгълник, като всеки следващ триъгълник затваря предходния. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3828-step-2-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Разрязваме получения триъгълник точно по средата и двата малки триъгълника, които ще получим, ги разтваряме, за да станат като фунийки и ги пълним със средно големи, намачкани на топка хартийки за печене така, че да останат разтворени при печенето във фурната.  </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3828-step-2-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Продължаваме по същия начин с останалите кори и поставяме получените фунийки в две плитки тави с хартия за печене. <div class="wprm-recipe-instructions-container wprm-recipe-1893-instructions-container wprm-block-text-normal" data-recipe="1893"><h3 class="wprm-recipe-header wprm-recipe-instructions-header wprm-block-text-bold wprm-align-left wprm-header-decoration-none" style="">Instructions</h3><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">За малките су (судакя):</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-0-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме в една малка тенджера водата и маргарина и на умерен котлон, със затворен капак, оставяме да се разтопи целият маргарин. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Прибавяме брашното и разбъркваме за 1-2’ с бъркалка за яйца и завършваме бъркането с дървена лъжица,  докато тестото започне да се отлепя от стените на тенджерата и се оформи като топка.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Премахваме от котлона и оставяме тестото на поизстине за 5’.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Следва да прехвърлим гъстата смес в съда на миксера и с представките за тесто да разбием на високи обороти, прибавяйки едно по едно яйцата.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Всеки път когато добавяме едно яйце, разбиваме добре с миксера, докато тестото поеме цялото яйце преди да сложим следващото.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Върху една леко намокрена с вода плитка тава, поставяме хартия за печене.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Използваме  две супени лъжици, с едната вземаме половин лъжица от полученото тесто за су и с другата избутваме това количество върху хартията за печене. Поставяме малките су на разстояние едно от друго, защото ще се надуят при печенето. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Печем в предварително загрята фурна, на 200<sup>о</sup>C, с вентилатор за 15’ и след това намаляваме градусите на 160<sup>о</sup>C  и печем за още 25’, без да отваряме въобще фурната, докато се изпекат малките су.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Изваждаме от фурната и ги оставяме крем: </h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-1-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В тенджера на умерен котлон затопляме млякото, от което сме отделили на страна около 200ml.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-1-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В блендер слагаме 200ml. мляко, което сме отделили, брашното, нишестето, жълтъците и разбиваме добре.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-1-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Щом млякото в тенджерата се затопли, добавяме захарта и с бъркалка за яйца разбъркваме, докато се разтопи.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-1-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Изсипваме в млякото сместа от блендера и продължаваме да бъркаме енергично ( за да не загори на дъното на тенджерата) за около 5’.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-1-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме ванилията и разбъркваме докато крема се сгъсти.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-1-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Отместваме от котлона, прибавяме маслото и разбъркваме добре докато се разтопи и се поеме напълно от крема. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-1-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Прехвърляме  в дълбок съд и слагаме стреч фолио точно върху повърхността  на крема, за да не се образува коричка и оставяме на страна да изстине за около 1 час.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">За шоколадовия сос:</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-2-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В съда на миксера слагаме 300 ml. от млякото за шоколадовия сос и останалото в една тенджера да се затопли на среден котлон.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-2-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Веднага щом се затопли, добавяме захарта и разбъркваме с бъркалка за яйца докато се разтопи.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-2-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Междувременно добавяме брашното и пресятото какао в съда от миксера и разбиваме много добре. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-2-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Щом се разтопи захарта в млякото, изсипваме шоколадовата смес, която сме приготвили и разбъркваме на умерен котлон, докато се сгъсти шоколадовият ни сос.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-2-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Отместваме от котлона и добавяме черния шоколад. Бъркаме постоянно докато се разтопи напълно.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-2-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Покриваме със стреч фолио точно върху повърхността на соса и го оставяме да изстине за около 1 час, преди да го използваме за завършването на профитерола.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">За сметаната:</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-3-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме в съда на миксера течната сметана заедно с пудрата захар и разбиваме на силна степен за няколко минути, докато се получи сметаната ни.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">За оформянето на профитерола:</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-4-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Приготвяме 6 купички.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-4-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Разрязваме по средата малките су и ги пълним с крема, който предварително сме сложили в шприц.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-4-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Поставяме пълнени с крем су във всяка купичка и поливаме с достатъчно шоколадов сос. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-4-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Като завършек украсяваме профитеролите с готовата сметана. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-4-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Можем да сервираме с натрошени орехи.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1893-step-4-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Поставяме профитеролите в хладилника и щом се изстудят достатъчно ги сервираме.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
