style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В блендер слагаме 250ml. мляко, брашното, нишестето, жълтъците и разбиваме добре.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9935-step-3-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Щом млякото в тенджерата се затопли добре, изсипваме в него сместа от блендера и бъркаме с бъркалка за яйца.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9935-step-3-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Добавяме сол и бъркаме енергично (за да не залепне на дъното на тенджерата) за около 5’, докато се сгъсти бешамела.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9935-step-3-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Добавяме индийското орехче и отново разбъркваме.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9935-step-3-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Разбиваме каймата с дървена лъжица, докато побелее и се изпарят 5px";><span style="display: block;">Добавяме 4-5 с.л. зехтин, чесъна и доматеното пюре и запържваме за 2-3’.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-1-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Прибавяме настърганите домати, захарта, сол, черен пипер, дафиновите листа и готвим за няколко минути, докато се сгъсти леко сместа. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-1-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Щом каймата е готова премахваме дафиновите листа и отместваме  тигана от style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В блендер слагаме 250 ml. мляко, брашното, нишестето, жълтъците и (за да не залепне на дъното на тенджерата) за около 5’,  докато се сгъсти бешамела.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-2-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме течната сметана и разбъркваме добре.</span></div></li><li class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Отместваме  тенджерата от котлона, слагаме 100 г. гравиера и разбъркваме. 5px";><span style="display: block;">Печем в предварително загрята фурна на 180°C с вентилатор за 35’, докато бешамелът придобие златист цвят.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-3-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">На края, 5’ преди да приключим с печенето на ястието, поръсваме повърхността на пастичиото със 100г гравиера, която сме отделили.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-3-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction"
