class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В тенджера изсипваме останалото мляко и го затопляме на умерен котлон.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13338-step-1-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Добавяме захарта и с бъркалка за яйца разбъркваме, докато се разтопи.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13338-step-1-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Изсипваме в млякото сместа от блендера и продължаваме да бъркаме енергично ( за да не class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме ванилията и разбъркваме докато крема се сгъсти.</span></div></li><li block;">Отместваме от котлона, прибавяме маслото и разбъркваме добре, докато се разтопи и се поеме напълно от крема.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13338-step-1-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Прехвърляме в дълбок съд и слагаме стреч фолио точно върху повърхността на крема, за да не се образува коричка и оставяме на страна да изстине за около 1 час, преди да го използваме за сладкиша ни.</span></div></li><li Слагаме отново хартията и пълним бисквитената основа  с ориз или леща.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Печем на предварително загрята фурна, на вентилатор, на средната скара на фурната , на 170°C за 30’. Премахваме горната хартия, заедно с ориза и печем още около 10’ докато основата за тарта приеме златист цвят.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Изваждаме тавичката от фурната и оставяме да изстине добре.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">За крема</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-1-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В тенджера на умерен котлон, затопляме млякото, от което сме отделили на страна около 250 ml.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-1-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В блендер слагаме 250 ml. мляко, което сме отделили, брашното, нишестето, жълтъците и разбиваме добре.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-1-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Щом млякото в тенджерата се затопли, добавяме захарта и с бъркалка за яйца разбъркваме докато се разтопи.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-1-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Изсипваме в млякото сместа от блендера и продължаваме да бъркаме енергично ( за да не загори на дъното на тенджерата) за около 5’.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-1-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме двете ванилии и разбъркваме докато кремът се сгъсти.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-1-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Отместваме от котлона, прибавяме маслото и разбъркваме добре докато се разтопи и се поеме напълно от крема. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-1-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Прехвърляме  в дълбок съд и слагаме стреч фолио точно върху повърхността  на крема, за да не се образува коричка и оставяме настрана да изстине.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">За прасковите</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-2-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Отстраняваме костилките от прасковите и всяка червена следа около тях.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-2-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Режем прасковите на тънки филийки и заедно със захарта и лимона, ги слагаме в един голям тиган. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11172-step-2-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">На силен котлон  варим  за около 10’. class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Заедно с двете хартии, слагаме тестото в тавата и притискаме по стените и по дъното с длан, за да приеме style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме тавичката с масленото  тесто в хладилника за 30-40’, за да се втвърди.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Изваждаме формата с тестото от 5px";><span style="display: block;">В тенджера на умерен котлон затопляме млякото, от което сме отделили на страна около 250ml.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-1-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В блендер слагаме 250ml. мляко, което сме отделили, брашното, нишестето, жълтъците и разбиваме добре.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-1-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Щом млякото в тенджерата се затопли, добавяме захарта и с бъркалка за яйца разбъркваме, докато се разтопи.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-1-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Изсипваме в млякото сместа от блендера и продължаваме да бъркаме енергично ( за да не загори на дъното на тенджерата) за около 5’.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-1-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме ванилията и разбъркваме докато крема се сгъсти.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-1-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Отместваме от котлона, прибавяме маслото и разбъркваме добре, докато се разтопи и се поеме напълно от крема.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-1-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Прехвърляме в дълбок съд и слагаме стреч фолио точно върху повърхността на крема, за да не се образува коричка и оставяме на страна да изстине.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-1-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Следва да сложим изстиналия крем в един шприц и запълваме бисквитената основа, която също е изстинала.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">За ябълките</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-2-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В една плитка тенджера слагаме настърганите ябълки (аз ги настъргвам с кората им), захарта и лимоновия сок.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-2-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">На силен огън разбъркваме с дървена лъжица, докато се изпарят течностите.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-2-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Добавяме канелата и разбъркваме.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-2-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Изсипваме водата и разбъркваме, докато видим, че ябълките са омекнали и сместа е станала като мармалад.</span></div></li><li class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Разпределяме равномерно ябълковата смес върху крема и слагаме тарта в хладилника, за да се остуди много добре преди да го сервираме.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

<li>По желание към крема добавяме настъргана кора от портокал или лимон.</li>
<li>Ако ви харесва шоколада, след като направите крема бихте могли да добавите черен шоколад на парченца, малко течна сметана, да разбъркате добре и резултата ще е перфектен.</li>
<li>С този крем можем да направим прекрасни сладкиши като милфей, тригона Панораматос, еклери, профитерол, бугача, галактобуреко, тарт с плодове и други. </li>

тестото във формата (диаметър около 26см.) и притискаме по стените и по дъното с длан, за да приеме тестото формата на тавичката.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6272-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме тавичката с масленото  тесто в хладилника за 30-40’, за да се втвърди.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6272-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">След това внимателно премахваме горната хартия, с един нож изрязваме тестото, което е над формата и с class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В блендер слагаме 250ml. мляко, което сме отделили, брашното, нишестето, жълтъците и разбиваме добре.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6272-step-1-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Щом млякото в тенджерата се затопли, добавяме захарта и с бъркалка за яйца разбъркваме, докато се разтопи.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6272-step-1-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Изсипваме в млякото сместа от блендера и продължаваме да бъркаме енергично ( за да не загори на дъното на тенджерата) за около 5’.</span></div></li><li class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Отместваме от котлона, прибавяме маслото и разбъркваме добре, докато се разтопи и се поеме напълно от style="display: block;">Прехвърляме в дълбок съд и слагаме стреч фолио точно върху повърхността на крема, за да не се образува коричка и оставяме на страна да изстине за около час и style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В една тенджерка слагаме водата заедно със 5px";><span style="display: block;">Поставяме тенджерата на котлона и щом заври и се разтопи захарта, добавяме глюкозата.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6272-step-2-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Разбъркваме и добавяме желатините, които сме прецедили много добре.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6272-step-2-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме лимоновия сок и след 1&#39; отместваме тенджерката от котлона.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6272-step-2-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Оставяме желето да се изстуди добре и след това го слагаме в хладилника, за да се стегне.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Измиваме много добре ягодите, поставяме ги върху кухненска хартия да се подсушат напълно и след това ги разрязваме по средата, за да ги подредим върху крема на тарта.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6272-step-3-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">След като сложим крема върху бисквитената основа, подреждаме ягодите отгоре и ги покриваме с безцветното желе (колкото е нужно).</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6272-step-3-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме готовия тарт в хладилника, за да се изстуди много добре преди да го разрежем и му се насладим.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
