млякото в тенджерата се затопли, добавяме сместа от блендера и бъркаме с бъркалка за яйца.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-8918-step-1-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: Често разбъркваме.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6618-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Докато приготвяме каймата, макароните ще са се сварили. Прецеждаме ги и ги връщаме в тенджерата, в която сме разтопили маргарина. Разбъркваме и прибавяме малко сол.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6618-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Сервираме спагетите с готовата кайма върху тях, поръсваме с настърган кашкавал (кефалотири, пармезан) или с натрошено фета сирене.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

Варим ги 2’ по-малко от колкото е показано на опаковката, защото ще ги сложим и във фурната.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Прецеждаме ги, смесваме ги с маргарина, който разтапяме в тенджерата и ги оставяме на страна.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">За каймата:</h4><ul decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Разбиваме каймата с дървена лъжица, докато побелее и се изпарят 5px";><span style="display: block;">Добавяме 4-5 с.л. зехтин, чесъна и доматеното пюре и запържваме за 2-3’.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-1-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Прибавяме настърганите домати, захарта, сол, черен пипер, дафиновите листа и готвим за няколко минути, докато се сгъсти леко сместа. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-1-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Щом каймата е готова премахваме дафиновите листа и отместваме  тигана от котлона.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">За бешамела:</h4><ul 5px";><span style="display: block;">В тенджера затопляме млякото, от  което сме отделили 250 ml.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-2-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В блендер слагаме 250 ml. мляко, брашното, нишестето, жълтъците и разбиваме добре.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-2-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Щом млякото в тенджерата се затопли добре изсипваме в него сместа от блендера  и бъркаме с бъркалка за яйца.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-2-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Добавяме сол и бъркаме енергично (за да не залепне на дъното на тенджерата) за около 5’,  докато се сгъсти бешамела.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-2-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме течната сметана и разбъркваме добре.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-2-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Добавяме индийското орехче и отново разбъркваме.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-2-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Отместваме  тенджерата от котлона, слагаме 100 г. гравиера и разбъркваме. </span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">За завършването на ястието:</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-3-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме макароните в дълбока тава (диаметър 30 см.) с малко зехтин на дъното.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-3-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Разстиламе каймата върху макароните и  заливаме с топлият бешамел.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-3-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Печем в предварително загрята фурна на 180°C с вентилатор за 35’, докато бешамелът придобие златист цвят.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-3-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">На края, 5’ преди да приключим с печенето на ястието, поръсваме повърхността на пастичиото със 100г гравиера, която сме отделили.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1064-step-3-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Оставяме 30’ да постои, разрязваме и поднасяме.</span></div><div
