Почивен ден за гърците, в който семейства и компании излизат извън града и пускат хвърчила. Традиционни храни за този ден са морските дарове (октоподи, калмари, миди&#8230;), съчетани с различни постни салати и мезета. Разбира се от трапезата, никога не липсва този толкова вкусен хляб Λαγάνα. </span></div>

<div class="wprm-recipe-notes-container wprm-block-text-normal"><h3 class="wprm-recipe-header wprm-recipe-notes-header wprm-block-text-bold wprm-align-left wprm-header-decoration-none" style="">Notes</h3><div class="wprm-recipe-notes"><span style="display: block;">• Ако приготвяме супата в <strong>обикновена тенджера</strong>, след като запържим агнешките дреболийки, изсипваме 2 ½ литра вряла вода, затваряме капака на тенджерата и варим за 15-20’, докато омекнат продуктите ни.<br />• Добавяме марулята, зелените краища от пресния лук, ориза, сол, черен пиер и продължаваме готвенето за още 15’.<br />• Добавяме копъра, разбъркваме и отместваме тенджерата от котлона.<br />• След това продължаваме готвенето, както е описано по-горе.</span></div></div>

Оставяме на страна да задейства за 10-15’.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5068-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В един дълбок съд слагаме брашното, от което сме заделили на страна около 200 gr., добавяме солта и разбъркваме.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5068-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Разтваряме едно кладенче в средата и в него изсипваме разбитите яйца, цеденото мляко и сместа с маята.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5068-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">С миксера, на който сме поставили представките за месене на тесто, разбиваме продуктите ни, добавяйки малко по малко от брашното, което сме заделили, докато получим едно еластично тесто.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5068-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Отстраняваме миксера и поставяме тестото на кухненския плот, който първо сме поръсили с брашно и месим за още няколко минути с ръце, добавяйки още малко от брашното ако това е нужно.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5068-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Намазваме с олио един голям и дълбок съд и в него поставяме мекото и еластично тесто. Покриваме със свежо фолио и една кърпа и оставяме тестото да се надуе за около 1 час.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5068-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Когато тестото се надуе го слагаме отново на кухненския плот и леко го замесваме.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5068-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Разрязваме го на 4 парчета и правим всяко парче във формата на топка.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5068-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Посипваме малко брашно на плота ни, вземаме една от тестените топки и точим кора с диаметър около 30 см. Поставяме я на страна върху хартия за печене и с една силиконова четка я намазваме с разтопеното масло.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5068-step-0-9" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Разточваме следващата топка и поставяме готовата кора точно върху първата. Намазваме отново с масло и повтаряме процедурата с другите две тестени топки, като не намазваме с масло последната кора.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5068-step-0-10" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">С помощта на една чаша оформяме един кръг точно в средата.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5068-step-0-11" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Около кръгът разрязваме тестото на 8 триъгълника.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5068-step-0-12" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">От основата към върха навиваме по два пъти всеки триъгълник.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5068-step-0-13" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Заедно с хартията за печене поставяме слънцето ни в една кръгла тава с диаметър около 30 см.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5068-step-0-14" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Покриваме със свежо фолио и една кърпа и оставяме хлябът да се надуе за около 45’.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5068-step-0-15" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Намазваме внимателно надутия хляб с жълтъка, който сме разбили добре с 1 с.л. вода и печем на предварително загрята фурна на  180°C за 45-50’, докато хлябът слънце придобие златист цвят.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
