Разбиваме с миксера, докато сместа подпухне и се разбие напълно захарта. Добавяме един по един жълтъците и преди да прибавим следващия, изчакваме да се поеме предният от сместа.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-12734-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В дръг съд смесваме портокаловия сок с хлебната сода.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-12734-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме ванилията и бакпулвера в брашното и заедно със сока прибавяме постепенно в сместа с маслото, разбивайки на по-слаби обороти.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-12734-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Оставяме миксера и с мариз (силиконова шпатула), добавяме постепенно разбитите белтъци. Разбъркваме много добре с мариз.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-12734-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Намазваме с масло и посипваме с брашно една форма за кекс.  Изсипваме половината от сместа без какао.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-12734-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Добавяме какаовата смес и завършваме с останалата бяла смес.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-12734-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">С пръчица правим няколко кръга, без да докосваме стените на формата.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-12734-step-0-9" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Печем в предварително загрята фурна, на 180°C за 35’ – 40΄.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-12734-step-0-10" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Към края на печенето проверяваме с пръчица дали кекса ни е готов. Ако клечката излезе суха, сладкишът ни е изпечен добре и можем да го извадим от фурната.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-12734-step-0-11" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Оставяме кекса във формата за около 15&#39;, след което го обръщаме и поръсваме с пудра захар.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
