5px";><span style="display: block;">Посипваме малко брашно върху кухненския плот и замесваме тестото с ръце, добавяйки още малко брашно.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-15186-step-0-4" Останалото оставяме настрана и при необходимост го добавяме към тестото.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11205-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Добавяме маята, захарта, солта и разбъркваме.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11205-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Разтваряме кладенче в средата и изсипваме разбитото яйце, разтопеното масло, водата и прясното мляко. Разбиваме добре с миксера, в който сме сложили представките за разбиване на тесто.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11205-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Премахваме миксера, добавяме малко по малко останалото брашно и месим с ръце, докато стане меко и еластично тесто, което не лепне по ръцете.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11205-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Слагаме готовото тесто в дълбок съд, който предварително сме намаслили, покриваме със стреч фолио и кърпа и оставяме да втаса и да удвои обема си за поне час.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11205-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">След като тестото е готово, го слагаме върху набрашнения кухненски плот, месим го отново за няколко минути и с точилката го разточваме на кора нито много тънка, нито много дебела.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11205-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">С водна чаша се изрязват кръгове. В половината от тях, точно в средата, слагаме по една лъжица сладко (не течно) или течен шоколад.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11205-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В един малък съд слагаме вода и намокряме с пръст всяко кръгче, което има пълнеж.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11205-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Взимаме празните кръгове и ги залепваме равномерно върху тези, които имат пълнеж, като леко притискаме краищата с пръсти.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11205-step-0-9" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Леко омесваме останалото тесто и повторете процеса.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11205-step-0-10" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Напълнените понички поставяме в две тави с хартия за печене, на разстояние едно от друго и ги оставяме поне 30&#39; да втасат.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-11205-step-0-11" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В дълбок и голям тиган  слагаме обилно олио и го загрява много добре на средна температура. След това намаляваме котлона и пържим поничките от двете страни до златисто кафяво.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

5px";><span style="display: block;">В тенджера на умерен котлон затопляме млякото, от което сме отделили на страна около 250ml.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-1-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В блендер слагаме 250ml. мляко, което сме отделили, брашното, нишестето, жълтъците и разбиваме добре.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-1-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Щом млякото в тенджерата се затопли, добавяме захарта и с бъркалка за яйца разбъркваме, докато се разтопи.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-1-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Изсипваме в млякото сместа от блендера и продължаваме да бъркаме енергично ( за да не загори на дъното на тенджерата) за около 5’.</span></div></li><li class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Отместваме от котлона, прибавяме маслото и разбъркваме добре, докато се разтопи и се поеме напълно от крема.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-1-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Прехвърляме в дълбок съд и слагаме стреч фолио точно върху повърхността на крема, за да не се образува коричка и оставяме на страна да изстине.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-1-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Следва да сложим изстиналия крем в един шприц и запълваме бисквитената основа, която също е изстинала.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 настърганите ябълки (аз ги настъргвам с кората им), захарта и лимоновия сок.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-9145-step-2-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">На силен огън разбъркваме с дървена лъжица, докато се изпарят течностите.</span></div></li><li Почивен ден за гърците, в който семейства и компании излизат извън града и пускат хвърчила. Традиционни храни за този ден са морските дарове (октоподи, калмари, миди&#8230;), съчетани с различни постни салати и мезета. Разбира се от трапезата, никога не липсва този толкова вкусен хляб Λαγάνα. </span></div>

Слагаме го в хладилника за една нощ (за около 12 часа).</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-8795-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Сутринта отново замесваме тестото на кухненския плот и го разрязваме на две части.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-8795-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В две плитки тави поставяме хартия за печене и с ръце ги ги намазваме с малко олио.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-8795-step-0-9" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Посипваме с малко брашно плота, вземаме едната част от тестото и точим, докато получим кръгла кора, със средна дебелина. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-8795-step-0-10" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Прехвърляме получената кора в тавата с хартията за печене.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-8795-step-0-11" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Повтаряме процедурата с втората част от тестото и покриваме и двете тави с кърпи. <li>Судакя бихте могли след изпичането им и щом изстинат, да съхраните  във фризера. Извадете ги един, два часа преди момента, в който бихте искали да ги използвате.</li>

Всеки път когато добавяме едно яйце, разбиваме добре с миксера, докато тестото поеме цялото яйце преди да сложим следващото.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-6955-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Ако искаме да направим еклерчета, слагаме тестото в шприц (с широк край) и правим равни продълговати еклерчета около 5 см. върху плитка тава с хартия за печене. С едната вземаме половин лъжица от тестото и с другата избутваме това количество върху хартията за печене, която сме поставили върху една плитка тава.
