Връщаме го в тенджерата, разбъркваме, добавяме зехтина и продължаваме готвенето за около 20’, докато се свари добре лещата.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3687-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;"> В продължение на готвенето може да е нужно да добавим още вода, която е по-добре да е вряла, за да не прекъснем варенето на супата ни. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3687-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Ако приготвяме лещата в тенджера под налягане, са необходими 15’ варене от момента, в който се запечата капака ѝ. След това отместваме тенджерата от котлона и щом се освободи капака ѝ, изваждаме лукът, разбиваме го с малко вода в едно блендерче, изсипваме го в тенджерта ни и добавяме зехтина.С отворен капак варим лещата за 5’ до готовност.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3687-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Сервираме с малко оцет и придружаваме с пресен или запечен хляб със зехтин и риган, маслини и каквото друго ни харесва.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

Добавяме чесън и разбъркваме.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2810-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Гасим с доматената салца или с конкасе, което първо сме разбили в един блендер.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2810-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Добавяме боба и 1 литър вряла вода ако готвим в тенджера под налягане и поне ½ литър повече, ако готвим в обикновена тенджера.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2810-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В малка купичка смесваме доматеното пюре с малко вода и го изсипваме в боба.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2810-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Посоляваме на вкус, слагаме черен пипер, нарязаната целина, джоджена, малко люто буково и леко разбъркваме.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2810-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Ако приготвяме бобената чорба &#8211; фасолада в тенджера под налягане, варим под налягане на умерен котлон  за 15-20’ (зависи от сорта на боба). Веднага след това отместваме тенджерата от котлона и изчакваме да се освободи капака. Когато отворим тенджерата, най-вероятно ще е нужно да я сложим отново на котлона за няколко минути, за да се сгъсти по-добре, добавяйки още малко зехтин.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2810-step-0-9" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Ако приготвяме ястието ни в обикновена тенджера, готвим на умерен котлон за около 1 час, докато омекне боба и се смеси добре с останалите продукти, но наблюдаваме да не го преварим. Поглеждаме от време на време за количеството на водата и ако е необходимо добавяме още малко. Добре е водата да е вряла, за да не прекъсне варенето на супата. Малко преди да приключим с готвенето, добавяме още малко зехтин.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

Затваряме торбата и разклащаме внимателно.
