След това премахваме тенджерата от котлона и внимателно отстраняваме парата, за да отворим капака и да спрем готвенето.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-15170-step-0-10" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В обикновена тенджера готвим за около 1 до 1 ½ часа. style="display: block;">Поставяме плътно увитите сарми в тенджерата и добавяме доматен сок, сол, зехтин и вряла вода, която да покрива сармите много добре.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13610-step-2-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Поставяме една чиния върху сармите, за да ги притиска при варенето.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13610-step-2-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Ако готвим с тенджера под налягане, ще варим ястието за 10&#39; под налягане. След това отместваме тенджерата от котлона и след няколко минути  премахваме парата, за да отворим тенджерата и да спрем готвенето.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13610-step-2-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Ако готвим в обикновена тенджера, ще варим сармите на среден огън за около 1 ½ часа. Докато варят, ако е необходимо, добавяме вода (вряла). Винаги искаме водата да е на височината на чинията.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">За лимоновия сос</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-13610-step-3-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Когато ястието ни е готово, с черпак от единия край на тенджерата отстраняваме соса и го прехвърляме в малка тенджерка.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13610-step-3-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В купа разбиваме два жълтъка, изстискваме един лимон и го добавяме към жълтъците. Разбиваме добре.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13610-step-3-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">В купа слагаме малко вода и 1 пълна супена лъжица царевично нишесте. Разбъркваме добре.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13610-step-3-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Бавно изсипваме сместа от яйца и лимон в соса от ястието и разбъркваме с телена бъркалка. Добавяме сместа с царевично нишесте и отново разбъркваме.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13610-step-3-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Заливаме зелевите сарми със соса от жълтъците и лимона и варим за няколко минути, докато леко се сгъсти.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-13610-step-3-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Сервираме ястието ни топло и се наслаждаваме.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
